Note(s):
1) The corrected camp fees are $40 for Seniors and $35 for Freshmen (AY09-10). There was a mistake in the brochure sent out in the NUS freshman package. Many apologies for any inconveniences caused!
2) The indemnity form has been edited: the date was changed from 7-9 July to 6-8 July. So sorry for the mistake!
3) For those who've emailed tastethesource@gmail.com or tagged on the tagboard regarding the issue of not being able to make payment by the stipulated dates (24th and 26th June), please cross all payment cheques (with FOC written behind it) and place it in an envelope with all camp documents required and send it to 90 Yuk Tong Avenue S(596 395).
How to Register:
1. Fill in and submit the online registration form below.
2. Print out the indemnity form. If you are under 21, please get your parents to fill in the bottom half of the indemnity form. (Above 21s should fill in only the top half.)
3. Make a photocopy of your matriculation card (for seniors) or your NUS acceptance letter (for freshies).
4. Prepare your cash/cheque (payable to NUS Campus Crusade for Christ).
5. Submit (2), (3) and (4) on the day of payment
